The Homestead is a rare 1400-acre ranch community and sporting club just north of Whitefish, Montana.
THE SITUATION
The Homestead is a 1,400-acre private residential community in Whitefish Montana, built around land, privacy, recreation, and a rare sense of scale. As the community moved through its early phases, the brand needed to communicate not just available real estate, but the larger promise of the place.
THE CHALLENGE
How do you capture the grand beauty of 1,400 acres, the land, the views, the lifestyle, the amenities, and the feeling of belonging to something rare without reducing it to a typical real estate development?
The brand needed to feel elevated, authentic, and deeply rooted in Montana, while giving prospective buyers enough clarity to understand the opportunity.
THE WORK
Suiter&Co partnered with The Homestead across a wide range of brand and marketing touchpoints, including brand identity, print materials, website development, photo and video creative direction, real estate advertising, and operational design.
The work helped create a cohesive brand world around the community that could support sales conversations, introduce the property to prospective buyers, and reinforce the quality of the experience at every touchpoint.
THE RESULT
All phases released to date have sold out with little to no traditional marketing spend.
“You have to see it for yourself. Put your boots on the earth and take a long walk with us.”
— Jack Tyler, Homestead Field Guide
The Homestead team has done an amazing job creating a summer concert series for the membership and local community attracting world class acts like Flatland Cavalry and Colby Acuff. A poster system was developed leveraging traditional letterpress.
Branding… literally.
It’s pretty fun seeing a brand you work on literally get made into a brand.
